Legal Recruiting Assistant

Due to growth in lateral partner recruiting, an International law firm located on the West Side of NYC is looking for an Assistant to join their Legal Talent Team. They are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the role. This position reports to the Director. Prior administrative assistant experience is needed working in a law firm as well as experience with LawCruit. This is a 40 hour work week, hours are 9 am - 6pm and the salary is in the range of $52 - $58K for someone with 1 - 2 years of experience and a college degree.

Personal Injury Paralegal

A great opportunity at a personal injury law firm of 2 offices is looking to hire a 9/11 VCF (Victim Compensation Fund) intake specialist for its midtown NYC office. Responsibilities: Work closely with the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and the World Trade Center Health Program process of VCF claims  Mail Exhibits and upload Missing Information Responses.  Schedule and conduct conference calls with clients and the WTCHP to ensure their applications are complete, their present at site witness affidavits are correct, handling any application problems and helping clients get initial appointments. Firm Administrator

​A small to midsize law firm with a general practice is looking to hire a Firm Administrator for their office on the East Side of NYC. The position is open due to the current firm administrator retiring. Responsibilities include: recruiting for staff, overseeing IT and billing, 
Key skill needed is EXCEL for billing and general accounting:  A/P and trust accounts which is separate from the billing department.  Keep track of money; daily deposits, cash flow, vendor payables, client billing, confirm receipts are posted correctly in the system, escrow accounts, and run reports. This is a very hands on position at a firm that is stable and has very little turnover.
